“We completed the 6 weeks puppy training course with Pawz and Tails and benefitted greatly from Emily’s expertise and contagious enthusiasm for dog training. She gave us lots of tools and fun games to improve our golden retriever puppy’s focus and to promote much needed calmness during the day. She also helped us to put strategies in place to improve walks on the lead, and finally walks off the lead which has been really successful. Emily was extremely positive, supportive and made us feel at ease from the first session.
